Acceptable stay overall

spacious room delicious food poor air conditioning insufficient ac

The room was spacious. It provided ample space to relax. The food served was delicious. It had a variety of options that catered to different tastes.

Air conditioning for one of the rooms was very poor. The alternate room also was not that great. AC fittings need higher capacity for all rooms. less than 1 ton AC in the room was insufficient.

Acceptable Stay but Lacking in Key Areas

musty smell limited breakfast

My room did not provide an ideal experience. A noticeable musty smell permeated the space immediately upon entry. The air conditioning system automatically shut off when the keycard was removed (.. ) this resulted in the room consistently being warm and smelling damp upon my return. These issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay. The breakfast was also disappointing, with only a limited selection available.

The breakfast buffet included fresh tropical fruits and local pastries. The villa overlooked a fine green valley. It was an amazing sight! The room also featured a large private balcony with comfortable seating. Very relaxing.

The minibar prices were a bit higher than nearby stores, though this is quite common!
